How can we stay connected?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 15, 2008:

This is particularly relevant today.Not able to go to work,stressed out,not thinking straight, sleep has been poor.Also have an annoying stomach upset. What to do??

I had a history of mental health probs, and there is a lot going on in my life at present.
I have phoned in sick,told them I have a physical condition and have been under stress.

Later on today I will phone my mental health support worker and tell her what is happening.

It is very easy to let the stress and paranoia build. Once I have an awareness of my condition,t it is time for action.

No point in heading for a breakdown if you can nip it in then bud asap. I will rest for a while,I will take my mother shopping, and i will go to AA at noon, and i will cut back my caffeine intake.(I have been drinking a lot of coffee recently and i dont think it is helping things).

I will see my GF tonight as I want to talk a few things over with her, she has a good perspective on these things.

So to stay connected, communicate,be honest in your communication, rest, do something useful but not too taxing, and get back into mainstream asap.

Its too easy to be a victim!!!!!
